Food Allergy Friends reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Access to resources on the website is via the Members area, which is through signing up to the website.
Services and Bookings: Services include the resources available on this website such as recipes, directories of approved venues, approved supplier lists, training, workshops, advice and consultancy for caterers, and auditing. All online materials are freely available to signed up members of Food Allergy Friends. Training, Workshops, Auditing, Advice and Consultancy for caterers, and related documents must be booked by contacting Food Allergy Friends via the website booking pages, by email, or by telephone. Services may be booked between 14 days and six months prior to the date of the event.
Payments, Charges and Renewals: When a booking is made there is a 50% deposit required, with the remainder of the payment due within 14 days of provision of the service booked. Payment is accepted via PayPal, BACS, or WorldPay. Prices for services are outlined on the relevant pages of the website, and the booking pages, these are variable according to the service required and the size of business, number of participants in training sessions and workshops, and distance travelled. There is no charge for access to website resources. All businesses listed on Food Allergy Friends' website will be subject to annual audit to renew their listing and use of the website. signed-up members may withdraw from membership at any time, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of making the booking will be subject to a cancellation fee of £25.00 thereafter, cancellation must be no less than 14 days before the event, at which time there will be no refund. Notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing to Food Allergy Friends, 28 Fancy Road, Parkend, Lydney Gloucestershire GL15 4JP, or by emailing email@example.com
Food Allergy Friends reserves the right to cancel any event should there be insufficient attendees to carry out the event, in such cases a refund will be made for the price of the event, or the event may be rescheduled for a future date. If an event is rescheduled, the opportunity will be offered for attendees to either, attend the rescheduled event, or receive a full refund. Refunds will not be made for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
