Service Description

A full day course offering awareness and understanding of the roles of senior staff in ensuring safe management of food allergens. Also ensuring good communication skills between customers, front of house and chefs. This course is accredited by Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance. Completed by a 60 minute multiple choice exam of 30 questions. Pass=18 or more correct answers Distinction=24 or more correct answers
